We are committed to getting your quilting supplies to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders will ship.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. During busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship using USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. From time to time, we may offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

International Shipping

At this time, West Valley Quilting ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@westvalleyquilting.com with photos of the damage. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can assist with filing a claim and arranging a replacement if applicable.
